- Cushman & Wakefield has agreed to sell Cushman & Wakefield Facility Solutions to facilities maintenance company Vixxo, according to a news release Friday. CWFS provides vendor and project management for maintenance, repairs, and other services to customers with multisite operations.
- Vixxo said its acquisition of CWFS, formerly known as Quality Solutions, Inc., expands the range of its facilities maintenance capabilities and adds about 280 employees to its staff.
- The new resources will enable Vixxo to help convenience store operators with critical multisite maintenance needs, including equipment rollouts, HVAC and refrigeration installations and other large-scale projects, Vixxo said in the release.

Cushman & Wakefield acquired CWFS in 2019 to strengthen its facilities management footprint across North America. The Wichita, Kansas-based subsidiary provides trade services to over 200,000 buildings across North America, according to its profile on LinkedIn. These services include HVAC preventive maintenance, asset documentation, capital replacement in new regions, reactive repairs and vendor management in sectors such as retail, healthcare and logistics, according to its website.
Vixxo is a facilities management and project management service provider operating across more than 65,000 locations in the U.S. and Canada, according to its website. The company leverages a network of over 150,000 service technicians to provide over 40 specialized trade services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and food and beverage equipment repair, Vixxo says.
Vixxo president and CEO Jim Reavey said in a statement that the acquisition will enhance Vixxo’s service offerings and boost its operational capabilities.
