Cushman & Wakefield has appointed David Bukovac as global head of integrated facilities management within its global occupier services leadership team.
In his new role, Bukovac will lead the IFM and technical services teams, with a focus on providing services to Cushman & Wakefield’s facilities management clients, according to a news release Tuesday.
The real estate services firm’s integrated facilities management services include facilities outsourcing solutions, project management, workplace and occupancy planning, facility condition assessments, critical data center management and reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance programming, energy and sustainability services and non-proprietary technology solutions, according to its website.
Bukovac joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where he served as global operations director for the past year, after serving in a number of roles at the company from 2001 to 2016. In between those stints at JLL, Bukovac served as senior vice president of integrated facilities management at Flagship Facility Services and director of real estate and facility management for North America and Latin America at Mondelēz International, where he oversaw an integrated delivery of real estate and facility management services across a portfolio of food manufacturing plants, corporate offices and distribution centers, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Bukovac brings over 24 years of experience in real estate and facilities management, focused on developing and deploying strategies related to facility management, workplace experience and real estate outsourcing, Cushman & Wakefield said in the release.
In his previous roles, Bukovac has led cross-functional global teams, working for both occupiers and service providers and managing portfolios spanning regional corporate offices, industrial and manufacturing facilities, research and development centers and headquarters’ locations, per the news release.
“His extensive experience and proven track record make him an invaluable addition as we continue to strengthen our IFM platform,” Aubrey Waddell, chief executive of global occupier services at Cushman & Wakefield, said in a statement.
