JLL is adding workflow management technology firm ServiceNow’s cloud-based workplace service delivery product to its suite of real estate automation tools, the companies announced April 3.
ServiceNow’s workplace service delivery product, or WSD, will help JLL optimize clients’ real estate portfolios through enhanced analytics and insights, according to the release. The partnership will enable JLL to create personalized work environments that align with employee preferences and needs, it says.
The move adds to JLL’s expertise in integrated workplace management solutions, or IWMS, which includes the deployment of systems from Archibus, FM:Systems, IBM’s Tririga, Eptura, and Nuvolo, the company says.
The WSD provides a digital experience with both workplace services and self-service workplace requests that can boost employee engagement through concierge services, calendar synchronization, visitor management, environmental data integration and workplace reservations with the option for a Microsoft Outlook add-in, JLL says.
The application also adds workplace case management, service delivery space mapping, move management and maintenance management, the firm says.
The technology adds to JLL’s existing offerings, including its computerized maintenance management system Corrigo, building intelligent platform Azara, Carbon Pathfinder and recently launched AI platform JLL Falcon, the company says.
“The powerful combination of JLL and ServiceNow bridges the gap between real estate, facilities management and IT services and empowers JLL to stay ahead of trends in the rapidly evolving real estate technology landscape,” Sharad Rastogi, CEO of Work Dynamics Technology at JLL, said in a statement.
