Dive Insight:
Operative IQ serves hospitals, clinics, fire services, emergency, medical service and law enforcement agencies, veterinary clinics and air medical outposts. It provides services that include inventory and asset management, fleet maintenance and an internal ticketing system for first responders to submit service tickets to the concerned departments and receive “instant updates” when repairs are complete, according to its website.
The company says its facilities management services enable operators to capture building information, such as inspection requirements, floor plans, lease agreements and certificates of occupancy in a centralized location. It also provides historical views of all facilities and helps organizations keep track of an asset’s location by checking it out to a facility, according to its website.
The new module also allows organizations to establish maintenance schedules and create custom forms to document each maintenance activity, Operative IQ said in the release. The module is designed to ease the process of performing audits of checked-out equipment and quickly identify when pieces of equipment have changed locations or go missing, according to the company website. Organizations can create custom inspection questionnaires to complete while inspecting each facility and detailed records of the work performed to track maintenance trends, per the company website.
Operators can also upload floor plans, replete with location pins, that can provide visual aids to guide inspectors to specific locations during examinations, per the release.
Furthermore, tickets can be automatically created for any issues found during an inspection, Operative IQ says on its website.
