North Brunswick, NJ - January 27, 2025 - The Furniture X-Change, a leading provider of sustainable office furniture solutions, today announced the appointment of Theo Silverberg as President, effective immediately. In this role, Silverberg will assume oversight of sales, client services and partnerships, finance, and operational activities. He will lead the company's strategic growth initiatives, focusing on geographic expansion, client acquisition and retention, and revenue growth.
Silverberg brings over 13 years of experience with The Furniture X-Change, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales. The Company was founded in 1997 by Brian Silverberg, who continues to serve as the Company's Principal, his brother Mark Silverberg, who retired in 2022, and Rob Kessler, who is now a principal at the office space design company, K Offices. Under their leadership, the Company has consistently achieved double-digit sales growth and expanded its client base across multiple regions, serving some of the largest corporate office tenants in the United States. Theo Silverberg holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and an MBA in Finance and Leadership Consulting from Binghamton University.
